Our spring session has begun! Our participants have been working very hard, and have already started to make some great gains. Later in this session, we will be going for a lovely stroll outside to get in some cardiovascular training while enjoying some nicer weather, stay tuned!
The FTF crew would like to congratulate the winter session participants on their completion of the program! Although we had a smaller class than usual, they worked equally as hard as every other group. We will celebrate the end of this session on Monday, March 13th at the Thomas Meagher
On Monday, March 13 Fit to Fight is participating in Community Monday at the Thomas Meagher Bar. They will generously donate 20% of all proceeds to Fit to Fight! These donations help Fit to Fight continue to offer a quality fitness program to cancer survivors in the Missoula area. Join
Our winter session is in full swing! We have eight wonderful participants this session that are working very hard to better themselves through health and fitness. We have 5 more weeks left of this session, and can’t wait to see how much our participants will grow in the coming weeks!
Fit to Fight is participating in Kettlehouse’s Community UNite tonight, January 18th! From 5-8 pm the Northside Kettlehouse will generously donate 50 cents from each pint sold to Fit to Fight. Grab some friends and come down to the Kettlehouse to enjoy a pint (or 2!) for a great cause.
