We will be begin our Winter Session on January 8th and 9th with pre-testing! Group sessions kick off on January 15th at 6:30 pm, and they will continue every Monday and Thursday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 pm until March 8th. Contact us now to get signed up!

With a little over two weeks left in the Fall 2017 session, our participants are really starting to show improvements in the various exercises we’ve learned. Our spring session has begun! Our participants have been working very hard, and have already started to make some great gains. Later in this session, we will be going for a lovely stroll outside to get in some cardiovascular training while enjoying some nicer weather, stay tuned!
